We specialize in color cosmetics R&D and manufacturing, with no involvement in skincare. We operate two independent cleanroom production units — a Powder Unit and a Wax/Oil (Wax-Based) Unit — for specialized production:
1.Powder Unit: Eyeshadow, blush, highlighter, contour, loose powder, pressed powder, and all other powder-based color cosmetics.
2.Wax/Oil Unit: Lipstick, lip balm, lip mud, concealer stick, solid highlighter stick, and other wax-based and oil-based color cosmetics.
3.We offer full-category color cosmetics OEM/ODM, private label, formula development, and bulk production services.

Founded in 2023, the company holds a valid Cosmetics Production License and operates in strict compliance with China's Cosmetics Production Quality Management Regulations. Our facility features segregated cleanroom production areas and a professional physico-chemical testing laboratory. All products can be legally filed and marketed, and we support qualification verification by both domestic and international clients.

We use two independent, fully segregated production workshops — a core advantage of a specialized color cosmetics factory:

Finer powder, firmer pressing, less fallout.
More stable wax-based lipstick/paste molding — no sweating, no breakage.

We support custom sampling, benchmark sampling, and formula adjustments. Standard color cosmetics samples: 3–5 working days. Special custom colors or processes: within 7 working days. Long-term partners may qualify for sample fee deduction against bulk order payments.

We support flexible production for both large and small orders:
Existing formulas with standard packaging: small batches accepted.
Fully custom formulas, exclusive color matching, custom packaging: reasonable MOQ set based on process requirements.
We support small trial orders for startup brands and stable repeat orders for established brands.

We provide end-to-end color cosmetics services: product planning, custom formulation, color development, sampling, packaging selection, design coordination, product filing, bulk production, QC and warehousing, dropshipping, and export customs clearance. Clients simply apply their brand label and sell directly.

All raw materials undergo full inspection upon receipt, with quality control throughout production. Finished products are rigorously tested for heavy metals, microorganisms, preservatives, and risk substances, meeting national cosmetics safety standards. Batch-specific QC reports are available. Our products are compliant and stable for online e-commerce, offline retail, and livestream sales channels.

We hold full import/export trade qualifications and regularly handle export color cosmetics orders, with stable shipments to Southeast Asia, the Middle East, and other regions. We provide compliant documentation, custom labeling, export customs clearance, and full document support tailored to overseas client requirements.

After sample approval, packaging arrival, and product filing: standard color cosmetics bulk production is completed within 7–15 working days. Large-volume, special-process, or custom-packaging orders can be scheduled by negotiation to ensure reliable delivery.

We operate a batch traceability after-sales system. For quality issues caused by factory processes, formulas, or production — not by customer storage or misuse — we unconditionally provide rework, replacement, or negotiated compensation. Dedicated staff handle the entire after-sales process to protect your brand reputation and channel stability.
